Back from PPOC
Posted by Rob on Apr 17, 2008 in Uncategorized | 0 commentsI just got back from PPOC in London, Ontario. (Professional Photographers of Canada). Tina, my wife, and I gave a presentation on Saturday. I drove down on the wed before with Danielle, our daughter, since I had bought her tickets to go see Avril Lavigne, which totally rocked! I didn’t mind the 10,000 screaming young girls. What a show!

Waiting outside the John Labbatt Center for the concert doors to open.

Waiting for the start band “Boys Like Girls”

Boys Like Girls in action.

While in London, unbeknownst to me, my sisters planned an early 50th birthday party surprise for me. Wow! Was I shocked when I arrived at her house. It was packed and everyone was dressed like 1976. Why? I dunno.

My baby sister (I have a total of four)

I don’t feel 50! That\s my niece behind me, who took a 3 day bus ride from BC to be there.

Retro…going way back!

At the convention we had a fun night jam session. Here’s a bit of me doing a few tunes:
