I’ve been photographing the Redmond kids for years, and the whole family on several occasions. Awesome poeple, great kids! Chris, the dad, is a low key, strong silent type. He’s the kind of guy I’d want on my team. Joanna, the mom, is outgoing, enthusiastic and a great conversationalist. She grew up on St Joe’s Island, and I belive that is a contributing factor to her earthy and charming ways…. This fall, I shot their family, and Abigail was always ‘high energy’ and, like most kids, challengin. Hey, no big whoop. It’s what I do. Kids are kids are kids and many a times I’ve had the most enthusiastic and energetic kids in front of my lens. So, for some reason, Abigail was smitten with post- shoot guilt (I think mom may have had something to do with this …) and she sent me this beautiful hand crafted Xmas/sorry card…..
