All you need is your camera.

Laptop is handy for some of the classes, but not essential.

Who is it designed for? Anyone who wants to improve, expand and master the fundamentals of photography.

*Rob writes multiple newsletters, two of which are the best known, The Digital Dogbowl and The Profitable Studio. He also writes a monthly article for ShootSmarter.com (6 years to date!)

*Rob has won photographer of the year three times in our area and has earned countless other awards and accredidations at the national level, including the coveted “Masters of Photographic Arts”

*Rob has was a return instructor for 6 years running at the 5 day photography course Niagara School of Imaging, Brock University, St Catherines, ONT. He resigned due to time constraints and commitments.

COURSE OUTLINE Basic 101

One- Cameras, Camera Settings, equipment, lenses, digital files, ISO, etc etc

Two- Composition techniques and design elements

Three- Lighting basics- natural light, flash basics etc etc

Four- Review to date- Field trip- Digital manipulation basics (with images from trip)

Five- Photography objects- Landscapes, buildings, props etc

Six- Photographing people- portraits, babies, weddings, families
